"Green Sun" Begins Bidding For Local Energy Contracts

Green Sun, a subdivision of Green Co. Inc. (Owned by Edward Green), has begun make very competitive bids to help restructure Biloxi's energy grid, and hopfully upgrade it to a smart grid. While there have been some political backlash to the "Smart Meters" Mr. Green has been on a PR blitz to assure citizens that the meters are safe and effective.
Green also claims that once the Vakrolov building is complete it will actually lower the energy bill of home and businesses in the area. The building will be equiped with solar panels and solar windows and will feed energy back into the grid.

Green Sun has come short on some of the funding it would take to implement the full plan for burying the power lines for hurricane protection. They have begun asking for more investors and state money.

Green Sun was ten million dollars short of the funds needed to bury the main transition lines through out Biloxi, but with some last minute funding has now secured the contracts and will begin work before the month is out.
