The homeless people that have been bedding down near John Henry Beck Park are scared. Over the past week several have turned up dead, brutally slashed. As of yet officers have no leads.

The Beck Park Slasher, so named by investigative reporter Samantha Savine, has expanded his or her territory to the surounding area. The continued targeting of the homeless population has frustrated efforts to gather any reliable witness statements. (People either don't care or the statements from other indigent have been confusing and contradictory.
