Sue is in her 30s with medium-length red hair with bangs and glasses. She generally comes off as very serious, but when she does smile, it is very warm. She seems a little reserved, but if you get to know her she is really very sweet.
She used to be a lab technician in Chicago and passed the Detective test upon arriving in Biloxi. If asked about her previous job, she simply says that her boss was a jerk, and leaves it at that.
