Police presence is requested at 610 Olivia Morris Drive. Isaiah Freeman reports his wife, Georgia, had barricaded herself in the bathroom with their 3-year old daughter; when he broke the door down, he found Georgia sobbing and their daughter floating in the tub. This is the third such incident involving children in the last week.
A case for 2-4 BPD employees. At least one Detective required; patrol officers may be helpful for support but investigation and research are the name of the game here; this is not to dissuade patrolmen from joining the case, however.
