At approximately 2200 hours dispatch received a call from John Henry Beck Park by Samantha Savine, a local reporter. She was badly injured and her camera man was killed but not before using his camera as a club to beat the assailant. Technician, May Grimm, was able to pull a frame off the camera that led the officers to Dr. Richard Marco. An examination of a recent head wound showed it matched the edge of the camera. Marco made a full confession to the murders of over 70 indigent persons. Marco is currently being held in the Behavioral Health Center (psych ward) of the Biloxi Regional Medical center.
