A new surgeon has come to the Biloxi Regional Medical Center and he has a promising career a head of him if he continues the work he's doing. Under his scalpel patients have undergone risky surgeries and come out almost healthier than they were before they went in. His work is exceptional. Officer Ben Davis was on his table this week after taking several bullets to the chest and is making a remarkable recovery.
